The Creator
Graduated in Fine Arts, Prudence Mak pursued her dream as a fashion and accessories designer. Chocolate Rain was named after her first collection of limited edition accessories made from crystals, jade, precious stones and recycled materials handcrafted into multi layers of wireworks.
The Collection
In 2008, she was granted a full Design Smart Scholarship to Central St. Martins for MA in Apply Imagination. Her collections include “Fatina Story” (as featured in the Strawberry and Cream boutique) along with her new book called “Dreaming”, full of illustrated drawings and handmade “zakka” (a Japanese design and fashion phenomenon referring to everything and anything that improves your home, life and outlook with an almost kitsch feel); these collections have been exhibited across Europe and the U.S. Today her designs can be found at some of the most prestigious shopping centres in Tokyo, Paris and New York and her collections have received several awards and honours.Recent Awards
