Post & Packaging

Post & Packing is charged at £4.50 per order for the UK and £7.50 per order for Eire.

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if received before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) although this is not always possible; orders may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched. At this time we do not offer an express delivery option.

Orders are dispatched using the services of Royal Mail and Parcelforce. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For. Large, heavy or valuable deliveries may be sent via Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery, which are delivered on the 1st working day after dispatch.

Damage & Tracking Parcels

Deliveries should be checked before being accepted; if the exterior packaging is found to be damaged you must sign "received damaged". We may not be able to offer a refund or replacement if this hasn’t been done.

In the event that any part of your order is damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible after receipt. You must contact us within 10 days of receipt or we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

If your products are not delivered within 7 days please contact us. You must contact us within 14 days of your order being placed for us to guarantee a refund or replacement for lost or missing deliveries. Deliveries will be considered lost after the minimum period specified by the carrier for the delivery service used.

Overseas Orders

At this time, only orders for Eire can be processed via this website. However, if you are outside the UK or Eire and would like to make a purchase from Strawberry and Cream, it may be possible to arrange an international order (depending on your location). International orders can mostly likely be arranged for the EU, US and Australia although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate special requests (please bear with us, we are working on making the shop global!)
